What does the cost include? The cost of the program includes everything at the camp, including airfare to and from Salt Lake International.  When you book your stay we will email you a suggested list of items to bring with you.


What if I am extremely overweight and unable to keep up with the schedule?  Our structured environment is perfect for tackling any challenge.  We can accommodate any fitness level or limitation.  Please call us to ask any questions you may have.


Am I coming to your camp to starve myself? Absolutely not! You may have noticed that low-calorie, low-fat or other fad diets do not work. You are coming to our retreat to learn how to eat delicious, healthy foods and fuel your body properly to look great and lose the weight FAST!  Our program is designed to minimize hunger.  Our motto on eating is, "Never be hungry and never be full"

 

What if the program is too hard, or too easy? We know that everyone is at different fitness levels. We take pride in being able to develop and implement fitness programs that are challenging to everyone, no matter their age or fitness level.   Ensuring a challenging fitness program is made easier because you will be in close contact with fitness professionals every day, for optimal interaction.

 

Will insurance pay for my camp experience? Eventually, all insurance companies will cover weight loss plans and programs. Today, however, few see the benefit of preventative treatment for obesity-related medical conditions. Some insurance plans will cover some or all of the cost related to fitness programs. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about coverage and benefits.


What makes your program better than others? Our program gets fantastic results!  It includes more services and products with less cost than other programs of its kind. We stay focused on why you’re here, results. We have developed a positive, supportive, home environment to help you through your weakest times and keep you busy and in good spirits.

 

What will I be doing while I am there? Our program is built around scientific, evidence-based knowledge using only “tried and true” methods of losing the fat for good. No hot dog, banana, or cabbage diets allowed here!  Just hard work, proper technique and dedication. We will have a wide variety of activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, boot camp and educational classes. Be ready to run and work hard 6-8 hours every day as we take charge and shape the body you know you are meant to have.  Here is a sample daily schedule

When can I start? We start new groups every week.  New sessions begin January 3, 2010 and are dependent on space availability.

 

How do I sign up?   Please call us at 1-866-922-3794 to see about available spaces.  We will be happy to answer any questions you have at that time.  We require a $2,500 deposit to reserve your spot at the time of booking. The remainder of your balance is due no later than 14 days before your scheduled visit.


Do I need to rent a car? We will be traveling as a group on most days.  However, weekends may include more free you are free to be out and about doing as you please.  If you wish to rent a car for this time you may do so at your own cost.
